Worse place to even purchase a fridge. My dad bought a refrigerator that was supposedly “NEW” yet it was used. Not even a full year having it and it breaks down. Even after purchasing it and giving it a few days we tried to exchange it and was denied even though on the contract it states exchange only for a reasonable reason. Lady who answers calls is rude as hell. And denied to exchange . Yet has all the time to responde to reviews. Don’t buy from here .

Absolute scammers.
I made a purchase with these people about a week ago and received such garbage appliances and garbage customer service.
They give you a mediocre contract stating that you have a few months of warranty for your appliances and they’ll come out to service/repair your unit 3 times before they replace it for something comparable.
When you schedule an appointment to receive service they make absolutely no attempt to show up or even have the decency to reach out and say they won’t make it.
I stated to the man to please give me a reliable, newer washer and dryer regardless of the cost because I’m pregnant and need the appliances as soon as possible. It should’ve been a red flag from the beginning because they didn’t even bother delivering my units on our scheduled date. They claimed the driver had car issues and couldn’t make it. And no, they didn’t bother calling me to update me they weren’t originally coming either. I had to hunt them down to see what was going on.
They also like to threaten you with canceling the “contract” if they feel disrespected, even if an altercation isn’t with the ACTUAL CONTRACT HOLDER who’s name is stated in writing. They say whatever they can to make things convenient for themselves. Extremely unprofessional.
These guys are in for a rude awakening.

We purchased a “new” Frigidaire refrigerator about 4 months ago, about after a month it started to free our vegetables. We called and took a few attempts to get to come out and take a look. They attempted to fix it once but it still wasn’t working properly. So we called to set up another appointment. After calling repeatedly for a few months they finally rescheduled an appointment.
However they needed up canceling the appointment, and eventually they said they wouldn’t come to take a look and they would replace it instead . When they finally arrived they were going to replace it with a used refrigerator, we were never told that the replacement would be used ! We didn’t pay for a used refrigerator!
Eventually we got tired of reaching out to them and tried canceling the contract but they claimed that to many months had gone by and that we were no longer able to return it!
It’s very frustrating, they stalled so long that the cancellation time frame came and went!
Do it buy from this place ! They do not communicate with their customers and lack professionalism.

Talk about not answering any calls. My father recently bought a new fridge on Saturday 10/02/21 and was delivered late on Sunday.The only reason is was delivered was because we called multiple times and was finally answered. Sadly the fridge did not fit in our apartment due to it being a little to big, my father went to the store to inform them if we can exchange , since on the contract it states you can, was told yes that they would deliver a new fridge on Thursday 10/07/21. Thursday came around and nothing was delivered nor was contacted that they weren’t coming today. It is now Friday and we reached out several times to check status and was told that they would be delivering sometime today. No call and nothing was delivered. They seem not to care about customers nor take any calls ! This has been such a frustration!

This place is friendly while you are purchasing, but when it comes to servicing the appliance per the contract agreement, they become very rude. Give you the run around. They scheduled a time for the appliance maintenance and NEVER showed up (they did this during delivery as well). Never called. I called them and they got an attitude with me. And said the manager would called me. Never heard from this person. Please DO NOT BUY from here. They will not honor the contract.
UPDATE: To this day (over 2 months later) they never responded to my calls or fixed the broken dryer that they sold me. HORRIBLE business here. DO NOT BUY.

Fridge was supposed to be delivered at a scheduled time of 4-5pm. At 430 I get a call that it wont happen. "Any time you want tomorrow" was what I was told. Next day, fridge was a few inches to big, my mistake. They get a second fridge delivered to us a few days later. Every day we had to call to check in. We are in the middle of moving. They finally agree to get fridge delivered from 5-6 PM, at 745pm I am told they will be 35 mins, At 835 They finally show up. Workers arrive with no masks. I realize I made the first mistake of the wrong size and they did have a great price. But I completely regret trying to save a little cash during this pandemic. I do my best not to use big box stores but in this case. I HIGHLY recommend going to a Best Buy or any major store. Nice people to deal with, but in the end they had no respect for my time.
