This is my second review as it’s my second time working with Absolute Appliances. They are absolutely the best hence their name! The whole team from beginning (sales) to end (delivery & installation) were professional and very knowledgeable. I had my cabinets modified by a third party to fit a built-in fridge, coffee and steam oven. The cabinets were not cut to the exact dimensions but Absolute’s installation team were gracious enough to fix their mistake and it took them a few hours more to finish their work but they were so nice about it. They were all just a dream to work with, great job Absolute team!

Wow, just wow. Last weekend we were out of town, only to return home to a melted, sticky mess. Our freezer died and everything went bad. It turns out that this type of built-in fridge was on back order for 8-12 weeks, depending on finishes in most places. We panicked- how do we feed the family? We called Edward at absolute appliances, and he quickly got back to us with every possible, in stock fridge and facing option with quotes, down to the penny (super competitive prices). No surprises. Not only did he dig up exactly what we wanted (subzero with white panels), but he turned their delivery schedule upside down to ensure that we get a fridge installed this week, and on my desired day (my only day off this week). The crew gave us a 2 hour window and a 30 minute heads up. They were so professional... they covered the floor with blankets and made the potentially messy project a breeze. I am so beyond thankful for this extraordinary service. I’ll be sure to tell everyone about them, and use them for all my future appliance needs.

Absolute Appliances did an absolutely fantastic job. Steve Reznik worked with me in an online chat. I was able to then make one trip to the store and finalize an incredible deal on several new kitchen appliances. Install was excellent and even performed 4 days ahead of schedule. Very knowledgeable and kind staff, really helped me hone in on final decisions. Will definitely be back.

I worked with Steve to order an appliance package. I was able to get them to match the lowest price I found online THEN deliver it to my condo the next day. This was for a fridge, range, large microwave and a dishwasher. I will definitely be returning and recommending them in the future. Thanks again Steve you rock my dude!
