The gentlemen that delivered my furniture *Johnathan and Luis were very helpful, they made sure my furniture was taken care of they brought it upstairs and put it together, they both are very professional and they are assets to your company.

Fire Billy, he is not the example of a leader. Awful customer service. Refuse to help in any way! Keith was awful as well. Waited weeks and when I called back no record of the order. Poor service overall. Went to another rent a center and was helped that day:

Young man by the name of Mason who had the audacity to yell at me, who by the way, I am a very adult woman with two teenage children. I was planning on paying for my purchase/ scheduled payment in cash for this cycle of payments. However your salesperson Mason did not give me a chance to explain that. He is an individual who needs to learn and understand the art of mutual respect! Because of his behavior I am tempted to end my contract with Rent-a-Center and give my business to the competitor.
