0 STARS: Scammer doesnt even begin to describe these guys. It is a total grift. Cheapo landlord booked them for stove repair/ replacement, and it has been a month long headache that caused me to miss many hrs of work across multiple days. They consistently lie about arrival time, were 3-4 hours late every time (when they do show up) , saying will be there "in ten minutes" for hours on end. Extremely rude and unprofessional, constantly arguing and hanging up on me, and tried to charge me for a visit where they were four hours late and did not even look at the stove. Finally after weeks, and countless phone calls, they come three hours late and deliver an old used stove that has been spray painted black (very poorly), and leave deep scratches all across my hardwood floors. Avoid these people! You would be better off going to the junkyard yourself to pick a used appliance. Chances are they will not even show up, which is the best possible outcome. If your landlord tries to use this service, find someone else!

BE AWARE! The owner Kevin Gonzalez backed up into my garage door and completely broke my garage door system and bent the whole panel. He pretended wanting to pay for the reparation that’s HE CAUSED and then was SPITEFUL and refused to sell me his washer/dryer. He asked me to call someone the same day to fix the door on him. Which I did. Then he disappeared on me, NOT ANSWERING my calls or texts and NOT ANSWERING the Garage Door guy to pay for what he did! BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL! And by the way! He was supposed to deliver between 10 am and 1 pm he arrived past 4 pm. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS UNPROFESSIONAL. I’ll be filing a police report in order to get my insurance involved to get him paid for the damage he caused. BE AWARE HE HAS ALL HIS OFFERS ON OfferUp under the name of APRIL.

They always have an excuse ! They came and “fixed” our freezer recently but it’s not freezing after 5 days and they main guy is not assertive at all . Plus attitude with the other guy answering the phones . Not professional at all which is sad cuz I have been a customer before .

Horrible experience. DO DOT BUY FROM HERE. Kevin sold a broken fridge to me. I tried to contact him many times. He refused to come and fix the freezer. Now I have a broken freezer and non stop beeping refrigerator, thanks to Kevin.
