Bought a used refrigerator last year after ours broke down. Went here after looking at many other places. The guy was nice and frank. He understood our need for a refrigerator asap and even delivered it that same evening for us. Refrigerator works great, no issues this far. Would recommend this place and I would go back if I needed to.

Purchased a fridge last fall (2021) but during installation the fridge door had been hung improperly, causing water to leak out all over my kitchen and all the food was all ruined as well bc it wasn’t staying cold. Luis was difficult to get an answer from, then after a few days he finally walked across the street to come correct the door issue. Yes, it’s literally right across the street and it still took days for him to correct his error. Now, 9 months later, the fridge stopped working completely. Luis said he would stop by the day I reached out about it (Saturday), but he never showed up and didn’t respond until after 6pm that night, so again we lost all our food. Then today he said he would come to fix it (Monday) but he didn’t respond all morning. Around 2:15pm he confirmed that he would show up at 3pm to fix it, but then was a no-call no-show. He responded by text at 4pm asking for a copy of my purchase receipt, claiming that he couldn’t do anything without it bc “my boss needs the receipt” …yet his name and phone number are the only ones associated with the business. This guy is a scammer and a horrible business person. Do not make the mistake of wasting your money on his “reconditioned” appliances.

Buyer be beware. .. Recently bought used refrigerator Unfortunately it turned out faulty Seller has avoided any attempt to fix or switch refrigerator.. after attempts to contact seller. Safe your money go else where
