This is a great location. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes the parking can get a little crazy due to the other stores surrounding it. There is roof top parking available if you are not able to find any in front of the store.

My favorite Best Buy in LA. Tons of super helpful and very friendly team members here. I messed up and forgot my wallet for a store pick up (which requires picture ID) and Crystal was super helpful to quickly inform me to just cancel the order from my phone (which I did have on me!) then just repurchase with credit card, which the Mrs had w her. In short, I totally messed up, and I was a little frustrated at first but she was super chill and just helped me get it done and get home w the item I needed. Thanks Crystal!

Don’t waste your time, just shop online. Went in to buy a $40 Apple Watch band and was sent to 4 different departments only to finally have a manager pull up the Best Buy app. He said this was more accurate than what was on the floor. What’s the point of this store existing? It’s basically a website lol

In and out of the store in 10 minutes. Why? I came here to look at laptops and more then likely buy one. I walked in and associates were at the front talking and gossiping. I went to the laptops, no associate to be found, and was browsing the laptops. Store wasn’t busy with customers, so where’s the help. After a few minutes of no help or anyone in sight I left. I guess it’s a blessing for me, i’ll buy my laptop somewhere else.
