I used to call them whenever one of my appliances needed repaired. Always had good service, always explained what was wrong and the break down of the repair cost. When i would call a guy would always answer and was respectful and answered all my questions. Today i called to see if they wanted to buy a fridge that i had. A lady answered, gave attitude said no and hung up. They need to bring back the guy because this lady was unproffessional

I purchased a used fridge for a reasonable price from these guys. They were able to have it delivered within an hour. About a month later the fridge stopped working and (on Labor Day) they sent out a technician to fix the issue. He handled it in about 30 minutes and there was no charge!! I figured they were honest guys with the “god bless” printed at the bottom of their receipts!! Highly recommend.

Called to ask if they purchase used appliances, they said no. The gentleman who answered the phone did not recognize the business name, I had to ask, "Is this A&B Appliances?". Very confusing and poor customer service.
