Amazing deal and couldn’t be happier with the unit. (DECO Super Combo washer/dryer) Found them on offer up. Negotiated the price on a open box over the phone. When I got there, I noticed a shipment literally come in and behold, coming off the truck was the same unit still in the box new. When I asked how much for the new one knowing he could get more $ than what I was paying for the open box (still very nice slight dent in the back ), and expecting to be taken advantage of like most dealers would, without hesitation he said, I can do that for the same price. Wow! I was so happy and they loaded up in my SUV very professionally and away I went. This shows you the integrity of the store. They move in volume so trying to get more $ out of one customer vs another for the same unit isn’t how they roll. They have my business for all future needs! Called last minute on a Friday, and Tommy was able to find me the perfect fridge for my new apartment. He was also able to have a very polite and knowledgeable delivery and installer here the next day and showed up exactly at the time that they told me which is almost unheard of nowadays. They will definitely be getting my future business from now on because of the strong communication and ability to make the sale that was most convenient for me. Thank you very much guys.

Shady business do not buy from Here !! BEWARE!! 1. Items came more damaged than first purchase through transit 2. Unprofessional staff / bait and switch service 3. I accrued now Almost $3400 in damages !!! I am not one to write bad reviews but this place needs to get shut down Not only did my washer and dryer come more damaged than purchased but I also paid for a “professional” Installation through Jeff . Driver literally dropped it off in my garage and almost left without installing in which I had to stop him Midway of leaving. I called the store and asked them why the driver isn’t installing when I paid $70 for installation . He then called the driver they argued for 5 mins on the phone and driver gave me horrendous attitude the whole time as if it was my fault for requesting installation. Furthermore the driver didn’t even complete installation he didn’t attach the exit water hose and now I got water all over my house . I called back The store and the manager Jeff to try to explain the situation . And nothing happened . I called back about 10 mins to take it upon myself to just install the exit hose myself however when I called Jeff had left the office to “call off sick” I then had to re explain my Whole situation again with another attendant named Rosie . Rosie then told me he’s just a worker and there was ultimately nothing he can do , I asked him to speak to his managers to see what he can do and he started to give me attitude and hung up ..

Found hidden gem at this place. Found them on Offer Up, Lots of quality appliances to choose from and all are available with great prices and discounts. Very easy and fast transaction. Great customer service. Will definitely recommend.

An amazing "ding and dent" shop. Everything is new only slightly dented or scratched. They even have locations in Garden Grove and El Monte! I highly advise giving them a visit!

I was in the market of a vacuum. And was searching online and came across on OfferUp and found this place that has amazing appliances for a reasonable price. John was amazing helping out and showing me the product. Leaving with my purchase and super excited to try it out. One this is bring cash. But can do other types of payment.

Talk about customer service! I found this business via Offer Up. They responded quickly so I decided to go check it out. Unfortunately this was an emergency situation and we needed a fridge ASAP. We were greeted by John and he helped us pick out the best appliances for us. He also reached out to a 3rd party for delivery and got us set up for the next day…on a holiday weekend! He was honest and the prices were clutch. I’d definitely recommend coming here.
