I was so grateful to find this company. When our hot water stopped working, I called several companies who were taking more than a week to help me. I finally found this company. The on a Friday after it close. The phone was answered and documents were emailed to me. They received my documents on Monday contacted me early that that it was sent to City Gas for approval. Tuesday I had my hot water tank installed, and that was Thanksgiving week. This is an amazing company with great customer service. Also best price for gas hot water heater with installation. They do everything right.

I am an Architect and a Civil Constructor. The first time I purchased water heaters from Miami Water Heaters was over three decades ago, when I also purchased one for my home. Their service was always A-1. I am retired now. Recently the water heater at my home broke. Miami Water Heater installed a new one the next day. The labor was impeccable, solderless. I am very happy with Miami Water Heater and highly recommend them. It has been a family owned business for a very long time.

Great company. Fast to respond, attentive, and very accommodating. Before a plumber even showed up at my door, I exchanged photos with the team so they could assess the situation and show up prepared. I had to replace my water heater but it was kind of a complicated fix due to the way my apartment was built and how old the heater was, but the team knew what they were doing and found solutions when problems popped up along the way. They even answered my calls outside of business hours to help me schedule an appointment as soon as possible. Recommend.

I called Miami water heater because my water heater passed away. I spoke to a man by the name of George. this gentleman was very knowledgeable, helpful and experienced. within days he sent out a crew which by the way we top Knoch installers. they removed the old one and installed a new Rheem gas water heater that not only looks great, but I no longer have any more issues with our hot water needs. the unit is quiet and very efficient, and the piping installation looks great also. George also informed me of a rebate form from Florida city gas which I did not even know I was entitled to. he also printed and filled out the form and sent it with his installers so that I only had to sign it. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone and use them again in the future.

Daniel was very helpful and professional and worked within the timeframe of my day; Alain was amazing .... very kind, considerate and professional .... my previous water heater was 30 years old and therefore some of the components also had to be replaced...he promised me it would be done in the same day so that we could have hot water and he made sure it happened....he had to leave and go to Home Depot for a part but returned quickly and completed the job..I would not hesitate to recommend Miami Water Heater and request Alain....

They came as part of the Rheem warranty and did everything just right by finding the source of the issue and repairing it within minutes. Most techs leave a mess around their work, they made sure everything looked immaculate. I wish I had them selling and installing the water heater as well. Great job!
