I called them and Immediately Diosvany came to the rescue. He fixed the leak. I was impressed on fast he resolved the problem. I would definitely recommend him with anyone. He is the best. Ron and his team were a huge help to our business. They arrived to us same day and within 25 minutes of contacting them for toilet repairs. When they arrived they were very transparent with the parts that we actually needed compared to what we thought we might need. Their honesty saved our business considerable amounts of money. Ron was incredibly responsive via phone and text regarding pricing and scope of work. We will definitely be using them in the future.

I called the number listed here around 12:30 AM in a bit of a panic as we noticed the ceiling was leaking water through the ceiling fan. Water spots were growing and the ceiling falling was imminent. Unfortunately, they could not come ASAP. I kept calling other plumbers because we needed one to come immediately. No emergency plumbers nearby were available at all. I contacted Ron again around 2 AM via text. I ended up falling asleep at 5 AM trying to turn off the main valve and letting the leak stop by itself. Anyway, I texted Ron in the morning and we agreed on a time later in the afternoon because we had 0 sleep. The technician, Gio, arrived on time and he quickly got to work. He was respective of our request to wear shoe covers throughout the house and would take them on and off as he went in and out of the house. I really appreciated that especially with carpet in the house. Ron translated in English for us for certain info. Information was very clear and they asked for what we are okay with before moving forward (price, breaking the tile, valve price, overall price for the service, etc.) I feel the price was fair and the job was well done. It took 3.5 hours because he had to detect the source of the leak, go 2x to Home Depot to buy the correct valve, and fix the valve and pipes. Leak is fixed and we are satisfied.

Our water heater went out just before we were taking a trip and a housesitter was moving in (of course!). I had basically 18 hours to find someone to replace the water heater and install it. Miami 24/7 came to the rescue with prompt professional service and reasonable prices. Very pleased!!!!

I called because my shower pressure was weak. I got multiple quotes from other plumbers saying that they needed to replace my shower valve and break through tiles with estimates well over $1,000. I called these guys, explained my issue over the phone and sent videos. They asked me to try cleaning out the shower filter which ended up solving the problem and saved me lots of money. Thank you for the advice and the help.
