Experienced and professional plumber on site. Digged absolutely minimum area needed to empty the septic tank. Cleaned the tank in the end with water they brought on site(no need to use our hose etc). This was repeated call and will call again in the future. Scheduled for 2-4 pm window frame; came right at 2. Pleased with their services.

I’ve had several terrible experiences with this company. I chose them because of good reviews, but they’re not trustworthy. Originally we had a plumber named Chris come and quote us for a bathroom remodel and some work in our kitchen. He did the sink, and when he was scheduled to come back, a different plumber came. This plumber named Lawrence came and took the entire day to build our shower system. He was on the phone so much we though it was his birthday. He incorrectly installed the lower portion of the shower system with a traditional bathtub downspout, but we only discovered this after the wall was rebuilt and tiled. Another plumber George came to fix Lawrence’s work and finish the shower system. He had to solder the bottom component, which would have otherwise simply screwed on. George installed the other top two components of our shower system poorly (one loose and the other one leaking). He also refused to install our bathroom vanity because he said he didn’t have time although we later learned that he told the office we didn’t have the parts. Chris came back to fix George’s work on the shower. He properly mounted and secured the top spreader and fixed the leak in the handheld sprayer. He also did a great job with the vanity. Six months later we noticed a leak in the downspout George soldered, but the work is no longer covered under warranty. Chris has also left the company, and apparently George was fired. Even the woman in the office whom I dealt with on the phone is gone. This company boasts of a 40 year reputation, but even in my small experience with them, their turnover with employees is quite regular, and the employees I’ve dealt with do not do quality work. I should also mention another plumber named Alex came by to move the drain, didn’t want to do it, and was later fired for some other reason. Do not trust the positive reviews for this company.

We hired Express Drain and they certainly delivered! The company conducted our annual drain cleaning at our beautiful marina, and their airlift pump-out and team suctioned ridiculous volumes of sediment and debris from our drains. The company has highly competitive packaged pricing with fast quotes, great communication, excellent knowledge of the systems that we have (chambered french), and very professional operators. My kudos extends especially to the two gentlemen operators, who conducted a swift and very informative job.

I live in Orlando and on a Saturday in an attempt to help my Mother and my Sister in Hollywood with a septic tank issue I did an internet search and found Express Drain and Sewer Cleaning. They were very helpful and scheduled an appointment for Monday. They arrived on time and quickly resolved the problem, pumped the septic tank and charged a reasonable price. You never know what you are going to find when you just search the internet for a company. Luckily we found Express Drain and Sewer Cleaning to help us and we are very grateful!!!!!

Diagnosed problem quickly and found out the the septic pump died. He removed the pump and installed a new pump. Curtis was very professional, and the quality of his work showed that he is an expert in his field.

So I called them today and they were at my house within 1 1/2 hours, Jerry was my plumber. He could not have been nicer there were some problems and he worked through them and he did the job for literally more than half of what roto rooter gave me an estimate for. Jerry talked to me every step of the way told me what he was doing and why he was doing it. I could not have asked for a better person to show up. From the person I spoke to on the phone till the time the job was complete was amazing. They left my bathroom completely clean. 1000% uses company!!!!!
