Tried to go to the store to ask if I can leave my vehicle overnight so it doesn’t get towed, the rude old man saw me and told me they were closed when clearly it is 8:37pm and they closed at 9pm. So disrespectful so I called the store and a lady picked up and said closed and disconnected. I called more than 5x and no one could even hear me out. I’m definitely calling corporate and complaining and showing these pictures as proof of the terrible staff they have.

What a horrible store and experience. I was in the store today for 35 min just to pay for some fluids, that all I needed was to pay. There was 3 grey shirts which are managers or supervisors and 1 red shirt. I asked the one grey shirt a lady can you please charge me to what she replied I don’t speak English and I don’t charge that not my job that the red shirts. As if she is better than a red shirt. I recommend that you re-evaluate you’re grey shirts and hire new ones that speak English and and Spanish. I will not be visiting this store any longer instead I’ll just go across the street to Advance auto parts

I had to recharge the AC unit on my avalon and didn’t know how. Guillermo found the correct Freon and even helped me recharge my car on the spot. He relieved a lot of stress for me. Excellent service and would come back again!

I had a wonderful experience with the staff lead by Guillermo, they were kind and knowledgeable about fixing cars. Guillermo took the time to teach me about how to make sure I fix my car light properly and how to check if the problem is from the light bulb or the wire connecting to it. I appreciated it.
