Absolutely amazing service and a huge thanks to Juancarlos. He helped on choosing the correct kind of oil for my car and he even offered to check my battery for me. I’ve never had this kind of service at any other auto parts store.

Yostin was an awesome help!! As soon as we entered the store, he was kind and asked us what we needed. We told him we needed tools to take out our battery. We needed a new one (ours was completely dead). We did the normal diagnostics, and was confirmed that it was dead. He helped us remove the old one and he replaced it for a new one. He was the biggest help!! Thank you so much!! :))

My car was acting up and I needed to know what was wrong with it the worker Ashley helped me figure the problem out she was very patient with me and understanding of the problem her communication skills are a1 , customer service is the best I’ve ever had they don’t make them like her anymore I can tell she really takes her job serious , this beautiful young lady deserves a raise / recognition for the amazing customer service skills she has give that girl a raise I will be shopping with her more often.

everytime i come here Juan is always fast and attentive. its a shame that he is basically 3 employees with how fast he serves everyone. definitely needs a raise

An amazing service from Emmanuel B. The only location within 30 miles that picked up the phone at 7pm on a Saturday and didn’t put me on hold because I didn’t speak Spanish. Emmanuel was extremely helpful and kind both on the phone and in person. He really went above and beyond. Having more people like him would make every visit a lot more pleasant.
