I have been coming to the same advanced auto parts for over 7 years I have moved to different addresses and this is the same one I always come to. Today I was about to have a not so pleasant experience for the first time but it was turned around thanks to the manager Humberto and the cashier José who also helped me with the battery. I trust this location because as a girl I don’t know a lot of things about cars. The staff here for over the years have always helped me find what I need although I often don’t know what it is and they do it kindly with no intentions of making me feel silly or taken advantage of.Right across from them is their competition I went once because advanced was too packed and I never ever returned! The service was extremely nasty. I can go for car accessories to Burlington, Marshals, cvs, Walgreens but the staff here makes the difference and they keep making me come back to even buy odors simply because they do their job. Once again thank you Humberto and José, as a former retail manager myself I truly appreciate your customer service. You are both doing a great job for the aap.

I recently had a great experience at this Advanced Auto Parts. Robert was really kind to help me with my battery issues. He checked my battery in the parking lot, and showed me it needed to be replaced. I purchased a new, and he changed the battery for me. I’m really happy with the service. I highly recommend this Auto Parts, ask for Robert.

My mom’s car battery died after work so we rushed here because Google maps said they close at 10 pm. It was apparently updated a few weeks ago. We got there a little before 9 pm and the doors were locked and there were still signs on the door that said it closed at 9 pm. The employees inside didn’t even bother opening the door even though it was an emergency.
