I came in 30 mins before closing time in need for a battery, JC was extremely helpful! He informed me that he couldn’t install the battery at night due to policy but to come back first thing in the morning & he would help me personally. So I showed up the next day & as promised, he helped me install the battery in less than 20 minutes & made sure everything was working before the left. Thank you so much JC! Will be coming back to you for all of my auto needs!!

Sold us a battery that they then won’t install the battery after the car had to be jump (they didn’t tell us they wouldn’t install it until after they sold us the battery and they knew the make and model beforehand) and they won’t take the battery back. This is underhanded behavior and unacceptable go to any other place to get a battery

Great new location, feels very safe, very clean and orderly and excellent customer service. The manager Frank Fernandez and his staff, especially Johnie were extremely helpful during my visits there. I had dead battery issue which my Mercedes Benz mechanic at the dealer made worse. Frank and his team helped me to resolve it promptly and courteously and they made it right by me. Highly recommend them. I live in Doral and will make the drive to see them in the future, worth it! They got a customer for life.
