Stopped by today (for the first time at this location) to get some goodies for my car for the one year anniversary I’ve had it. I was immediately greeted by an attendant/cashier. I was able to purchase the items I need with no concerns.

I have been coming here for a very long time. I have never been told that you can not return tools. The lady was so rude. While I was asking where the return policy is that states that is located on my receipt or in the store she asks the person behind me if they are ready. So unprofessional and a very unpleasant experience. From now on I will take all my vehicle needs to Auto Zone.
