It is not pleasant experience with them. Until we ordered, almost everything was smooth. However, follow-up after that has not been easy and you need to be the one keep checking with them. We ordered several appliances from this place and paid full and yet they don’t even tell me where my range is and have not explained the reason why it is not delivered yet. Once I hear from them and also after refrigerator deliver (our final item), I will fully evaluate their service in detail and share with all of you for your future reference.

A company gets my business based on their customer service. Fuse Specialty Appliances gets all shiny 5 stars. I sent a text on their website and someone responded in 5 minutes, a real person. He called me and we laughed that I couldn’t tell my boss I’m ordering a washing machine for my mom which is why I missed his call . Anyway, before my mom even got the machine, I recommended the company to a friend. I worked with John, the salespeople and he is great, he has a pleasant voice, he’s patient and will help find what you need. Also, they deliver to freight companies. Thank you John!

Could not be happier with their service. We needed an emergency replacement of our wall oven. We tried a few appliance retailers, but they were of no help. Madelayne at Fuse found a suitable replacement. Fuse delivered it on time and did an excellent installation job. Very impressed with everything!
