Purchased a washing machine and within a couple of weeks it stopped working. Definitely not dent and scratch out of box items as they advertise. They are selling used items and passing them off as dent and scratch. Asked for my money back to which he replied that his warranty states they don’t give refunds. When it clearly states in his warranty that he does give refunds. I was able to convince him to give me a refund but he shorted me $50 because he said the way it was delivered back with dents and scratches, which is exactly how it was sold to me in the first place as a dent and scratch item. If you decide to buy from them, take pictures of the item you are purchasing at the time of the purchase. Buy at your own risk!

Negotiated price and scheduled pickup, but item was broken. The salesperson then tried to sell me more expensive items. Classic bait n switch. As the other review detailed, items are not new open box as described. Beware of this seller.

I purchase $8,450.00 dollars back in December it was my second time buying from him . I never got one of the items so I requested a refund . I had to beg for a refund he only sent $600.00 dollars out of $1,400.00 never got the rest back he will block me out of every number I’ll call to ask for the money to the point where I had to file a case since I showed up to the store to ask for the payment it didn’t matter to him I never got it back and he put a trespassing order against me for asking for what’s mine . After me begging him everyday for two months and a few arguments I told him it was okay to keep the money .
