I had hired Stanley Steelers to come to my home and pressure clean my sectional that a puppy I was babysitting urinated on and I informed them of the issue I was having and they indicated that they would be able to remove the stain and make sure my sectional was completely cleaned! They lied!!! Didn’t clean my couch at all looks like they just sprayed water and smell I had a stain since the puppy would get on my couch of dirt and the stain after the clean was still even there where if I would’ve just passed a wash cloth I would’ve been able to clean it off! I paid $340 for NOTHING! Then they were going to send out a tech to re-clean my couch and he cancelled without my content they I rescheduled and the same happy! DONT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR COUCH CLEANING! Expensive for no reason then I spoke to Robert which stated he was the owner and had terrible costumer service! I suggest you guys go to a different company who values their costumers and make sure was was payed for was done correctly! Terrible experience then After having this terrible experience they don’t want to give me a refund for the terrible service. These picture are from after the cleaning! I should’ve just cleaned them myself!

Alain did a wonderful job both on my carpet and upholstery. The sofa was quite stained but now it looks fresh and clean. I’m very impressed with Alain’s hard work. He is professional, hardworking and courteous. I highly recommend him!

The best customer service one can ever ask for. The servicemen are polite, professional & go above and beyond to leave your sofa spotless. It looks better than the day we purchased it. Daniel and his colleague were early and worked hard. Courteous. Explained process. Had not cleaned these sofas/ chair since delivery due to pandemic. So roughly 3 yrs. Overall im happy with what the results were/ will be. I will be doing it more often now. Remember to tip the workers! They work hard!
