Miami Carpet Cleaning did a great job on our carpets, couch and area rug!! Having a cat means we are vacuuming all the time but we finally needed to have our carpets deep cleaned. Service was professional and our carpets dried pretty fast. They also removed a stain that we made a while back on our mint colored couch that I thought was permanently discolored. It feels so much better in our house now, just in time for Spring cleaning!

Excellent service, excellent job cleaning the carpet. He carried all of his equipment up to my 3rd floor walk-up without complaint. He also managed to get out all the stains in the carpet from the previous owners that had been there for who knows how long and make it look like new. Very professional and reasonably priced service. I would call again in a heart-beat.

I called to inquire about a basic carpet cleaning and mentioned that we had a room, a living room and dinning room combined area. I told them the square footage for it’s a small apartment and were quoted $120. I agreed that the $120 was good but that I wouldn’t pay more. I am the landlord of the unit and asked for the tenant to pay the fee and I would reimburse her. Once the technician arrived, he tried to up-sale products. When failed, he told her that it was 200. I was then contacted by the technician and told him that I would not pay 200 for I was quoted 120 and I was exact on the area descriptions. I told him that I would not pay more than 120 several times and he still continued doing the job without my approval. The tenant ended up paying 200 and now I have to reimburse her. In between all of this I contacted the supervisor Michelle and asked her to please contact me twice in two separate occasions and instead she had the technician contact me. Michelle was the one that quoted me 120 in the first place and I would have expected that her being the supervisor that the technician would take her orders. However, it seemed that the technician did whatever he wanted. I don’t think that Michelle handled the situation correctly and the technician had his self interest prioritized. I am very disappointed at how this all turned out. At the end the tenant paid 200 and said they gave her no choice and the technician did not have the decency to even leave a receipt so that I can reimburse her. When, I contacted Michelle she said that she would contact the technician to go back and reimburse her the 80 as well as giver her a receipt but that never happened. Horrible customer service, trying to upsale and not honest.
