We have creamed- color wool Berber wall to wall carpet in my office , which is very difficult to clean due to the natural fibers and loop weave. When I used Stanley steamers the hot steam discolored the carpet in areas surrounding the stains. I was hesitant to try another cleaner, but Gus from SteamPro assured me he has experience with wool Berber. He explained the process, expectations and pricing before starting the job.
