Worked with Cheap Carpet Care Service today, and it was a great experience! He was super friendly, efficient and did great work! We had 2 corporate apartments that had been well used and the carpets were terrible so this was no small task :)! The end result is great, the color of the carpeting has returned and there are only a few permanent spots that he was completely honest in his disclosure are permanent damage. Not surprising based on the use of our corporate apartments - our guests are not as experienced with maintaining a home as they often have help to do that at home! With regards to my sofa and carpets, they performed a fantastic job! They lost one point for poor communication even though they did not show up after I set an appointment for drop-off since they were accommodating when I contacted them to check in.

I called all the 4 and 5 star reviews in the list here, about 7 and no one answered. Cheap Carpet Care Service answered right away and came out in a few hours of the call! Did a fantastic job! Repaired 3 areas that were torn and shredded and about 5 burn holes and they look great.

AMAZING!!!!! I had really dirty carpets, but Jose did wonders! My carpets arrived on time and seem to be brand-new. My sectional, which he also cleaned, now sparkles like new! I wholeheartedly support this company!
