I paid 790 dollars for 2 hours work. It was for 4 bedrooms carpet, carpet stairs that goes to second floor, and 3 handmade area rug which sizes are 5 by 8 and one 6 by 9.5 and one machine rug 5 by 8. He said that each area rug would take 30 minutes because he has to hand brush them but it was 7 minutes for each and he spend 30 second to a minute to do hand brush. I believe i was overcharged. What do you think?

In a response to an ad to clean 3 rooms for $59.00, I called to say i have 2 rugs in a 3 room place, they said great. We you tomorrow. Price went to $350.00/rug instead of $59.00 for way more sq footage!

I am really impressed with their ability to solve problems. We had two or three areas needing emergency repair, and Quality Carpet was able to get someone out within 24 hours (and it wasn’t the weekend). Their technician was clean and professional, and did a great job for us. Their customer service is outstanding, and they really exceeded expectations in both their flexibility and quality of work. I used Quality Carpet Cleaning to have three rooms and a hallway done. I had to change my initial appointment twice and they were very flexible in doing so. The technicians arrived on time and were in and out in under an hour with the job very well done. They were professional and efficient. Price quoted online was the price charged with no shenanigans. The company followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the service and also sent out a 30 day warranty letter in case we weren’t happy with the work. They have earned all of my future business going forward, I guarantee that!

We had our carpet stretched and they did such a great quick and professional job. We also had our carpets cleaned and they were thoughtful enough to put plastic under wheels and blocks under the table so that the carpet could fully dry. Just a great company with professional and nice staff.

I couldn’t be more impressed by this company and their technician Robert. I had the carpet in my daughter’s bedroom cleaned today and Robert from Quality Carpet did an excellent job. Really great. The carpet looks amazing and the price was totally reasonable . We used them in the past and they were great then also. I once used a different carpet cleaning company because they were a little bit less expensive, and boy was I sorry I did that, they did an awful job and were extremely rude. I’ll never go anywhere besides Quality Carpet Cleaning from here on out, they were wonderful and my carpet came cleaner than I could have imagined. I’m so happy.
