Richard was super friendly and right away I could tell an honest person. We had a bad experience with a cleaning company that tried to scam us for a lot of money plus when they did the spot treatment they made stains where we never had any . When Richard came to clean our sofa and rugs I felt comfortable he will do an amazing job and was super honest with what my expectations might be . He went beyond and above and did an incredible job ! I would recommend Richard to anyone that is looking to get their sofa or rugs cleaned with a company they can trust and plus a friendly face . This was my rug before and after Richard s great work .

After calling a couple other companies, I decided to go with Los Angeles Carpet Cleaning. Best decision I’ve made so far in 2023 ha! The people at the office were friendly and kept me informed the whole time. However, I owe the most gratitude to Lucas. He came in and did an incredible job on my mattress and rug. I’ve been looking at those stains in horror for a while now and my eyes don’t have to look at them anymore. Thanks again Lucas and team, phenomenal job.

Darius with LACC came out with less than a day’s notice and did an excellent job thoroughly cleaning a fabric and leather couch and matching chair. Because of a urine accident on the couch, it smelled awful and started smelling up the whole room. He did a great job on both the fabric and leather and couldn’t have been nicer! He stayed in touch with me as he was driving to let me know his ETA, which was very thoughtful and professional, and unusual these days. Another plus for this company is that they use all eco-friendly products, with no horrible chemical smell, so I was able to stay in my apartment the whole time without even opening windows and doors!

I called to get a quote for matress cleaning i thought it was great value and the rep was able to book the cleaning within an hour. Lucas communicated his eta via text and it only took about an hour to clean my king mattress. Great customer service and loved how the rep called to make sure everything went well after the service was complete. Definitely recommend !

After years living in the same apartment and using the wrong vacuum to maintain it, we decided to hire a professional company to clean it. Richard and Max were the professionals that came yesterday to ou unit, and they offered an impeccable service. After reviewing the conditions the carpet was, the final price was higher than quoted, but still reasonable. They even recommend us a new vacuum that would properly provide a better maintenance, and told us we have been cleaning the carpet the wrong way all this time.
