John is professional, knowledgeable, informative. He really seemed to care about providing us with the best service and information. However, he suggested we had a leak in our refrigerant and that it could not be fixed and he wanted to put in a new HVAC system for over $9000. We decided to get a second opinion. While it is true we have experienced a reduction in refrigerant, the other HVAC mechanic did not find any evidence of a leak in the system nor did he suggest we needed to buy a brand new system since ours seemed to be in good working order. So while we feel that John knows his business, his recommendation to install a brand new HVAC system was not the best advice and we would urge you to always seek a second opinion to avoid unnecessary and expensive repairs suggested by this company.

We had a great experience with John. He was really responsive when we called him out to take a look at our AC unit and was incredibly prompt in getting us the quotes so we could figure out next steps. We were able to get a new AC unit installed and replaced within a few days. The team who came out to replace our old unit was prompt and cleaned everything up afterwards. Highly recommend!

John is responsive, prompt, and knowledgeable. We just moved into our new house and wanted to get a thorough look at our aging AC. He measured the performance, changed the filter, and cleaned the unit. Everything was within spec and is ready for the summer! John provided details on parts that fail first and what to look for if it misbehaves. He also had helpful suggestions on planning/researching new units…with no pressure to purchase one any time soon. Always good to budget and plan ahead!

Our 30 year old A/C went out one evening midsummer. John and his team came by the next morning to assess it and got us scheduled for the installation of a new central heat pump system. Within a couple days we were back up! They were super professional and courteous and got the work done really quickly. Highly recommend.

John came to look at my HVAC, said there’s nothing wrong, but there is definitely something wrong as it makes noise constantly throughout the day and has never done so in the past 3 years. I’ve tried to reach his office many many times to try to discuss how we can fix this as I’ve already paid him for the evaluation and it’s been weeks now and no one has returned my call or picked up the phone. If you work for this company and are reading this - can someone please call me back so we can work this out?? I just left another voicemail today, 9:36am. I’ve also emailed videos (per your request) and left other voicemails and have received no response.

Called them on a Saturday and they were able to send someone that day in a reasonable time window (between 1 & 3pm). John showed up a little before 2pm and did great work, quick and easy. Also gave us great feedback about the age of our system and what it may need in the future. Total pros. They will be our “go to” HVAC people for sure, thx so much!

They are super responsive and professional. John was out very quickly to fix our broken AC system the same day. He made the repair very quickly, did a check of the unit for other maintenance, and gave good advice on changing our air filters. They will be my go-to for our AC system from now on!
