88 year old grandfather paid 2200 yesterday for Jose garcia senior service tech to do this. Is this acceptable? We called twice. Before this post was posted and after you requested a call (although you left no direct phone number to your self.) Its bad bussiness practice to respond to a post instead of calling the person who paid you 2200 dollars to do shotty work Called this morning, was told no direct line to owner. " message will be sent" customer service representative said.

They came to my door step and did a free diagnostic. Told me what was wrong with the system and have me a fair price. The system had additional parts bad and didn’t charge me extra. Nolvin did the repair for the unit it took nine hours but it has been done right and I’m really satisfied. I will recommend them to my neighbors.

They really are great, just like all the reviews say. I called them when my furnace went out recently -- received a return call in a few hours, scheduled someone to come out the next day, and when Carlos came, he quickly assessed the problem, and was friendly and so knowledgeable. Also - important - he helped me evaluate the different options to solve my problem (a more expensive option vs more affordable solution and the pros and cons of each), and did not push me hard in either direction or try to upsell me. Really appreciated that.
