Service has been excellent. The Service Center calls day before to confirm appointment. The technicians arrived on time and was polite and careful when inside house accessing attic space. They explained all that was done and them e-mailed copy of service report. Have had no problems with AC/heater units. I tried them for one year maintenance contract and was completely satisfied. Ten renewed for three year contract

Todd from Quality Heating & AC Repair called and confirmed appt and was able to come out earlier which worked better for me. He was very professional, courteous and completed everything in a timely manner. Ensured all gates and doors were closed when he left to make sure our dogs didn’t get out. Changed out our air filters with the ones we had on hand. Highly recommend Quality Heating & AC Repair.

Woke up to a flood of water from the water heater. Our local plumber recommended Quality Heating & AC Repair for quick same day service. Mario was out to our place within 3 hours after I called and the whole water heater was done and replaced with 5 hours from when I noticed the problem. Mario was friendly, professional, and communicated everything very clearly. Great service and great response time. Thank you!

Our water heater blew up, of course, on Friday night, late. We contacted Quality Heating & AC Repair and were able to set up an appointment for Saturday morning. The technician was on-time, courteous, and professional. He did a quick, efficient, and correct installation of the new water heater. He worked around our clutter, and cleaned up the work area thoroughly. While I would not recommend nighttime water heater rupture as a recreational activity, Quality Heating & AC Repair handled the situation beautifully. 5 stars.
