From the time I called to actually paying for the service rendered..they were pretty nice, patient and professional. I called for same-day service for my AC and the person that took my phone call was pleasant to talk to and was very helpful. Hours after, technician got to the house and we discussed the problem. He was very patient in explaining the issue that I might have on my AC unit and other possibilities. Then he showed me what he was checking for and how to fix the problem.
