I could not be more disappointed in this outfit. Kia should pull their relationship. 3 emails, 3 voicemails and not a return call. I put thieves in a class above them.

Brought my car in for schedule service and tire rotation. Was told everything was done to car but when I picked it up. Driving home I realize the tires had not been rotated. Are they even servicing your car or just checking boxes and saying they did ?

Always an issue with them. I’ve had to take my car in 4 times in 2 months. I went in today and once I was there they went to check to se Eid they even had the parts they needed for a repair. I was then told they didn’t have the parts and needed to order them. Why would they set up my appointment without checking to see if they had the parts. Last time they did this and they had my car for a week

BEWARE! My Optima SXL was damaged a couple months back. I came in for an oil change and when I came to pick it up, it was parked outside on the meters and I didn’t think anything of it so I got in my car and I left. Didn’t use it until the following day and that’s when I noticed my front bumper was cracked on the left side in front of the tire. It looks like it was done by a curb probably backing up or going off the driveway wrong. I immediately went back and asked to see the paper work that lists the damage to the car prior to them working on it as I know I didn’t have this when I brought it in. They hadn’t listed it so they asked me to wait in the waiting room while the reviewed footage. After 2 hours, I get called in and they show my car pulling in to get serviced when I brought it in and there was clearly no damage. Then, they showed me a far away video of my car being pulled out from the alley to be parked on the street and I could slightly notice the damage but they kept denying it and gave me an email to write to the supervisor. While showing me footage of my car multiple employees made remarks to each other about how ridiculous is was of me to think my car was damaged by them. The one showing me the footage even said “your car was a lot cleaner yesterday” as if I had driven it a lot in that day. My car was dusty the same way I had brought it in the day prior, the cameras they use are just low resolution and it works to their benefit so they can deny when they’re responsible for damages. I emailed Martha Gudino and I detailed everything that happened but I couldn’t even get a response from her. This is the worst dealership experience and I’ve seen taken my business to Kia of Alhambra where they know how to treat their customers right.

I should have read the reviews before coming. These guys are the worst. Gave bad directions, parking gut said I can park out front then another staff actually yelled at me. They messed up with my order. Very frustrating experience. If you can go somewhere else, I would.

Brutal service. The lady at the parts desk is incredibly incompetent and disrespectful, has no business being in this field. I can’t emphasis this enough…be up prepared to wait a long time for them to tell you they don’t have anything in stock.
They have nothing in stock. My only advice is don’t make a mistake like me and buy a Kia or buy parts elsewhere.
