I like how at this AutoZone the staff was very welcoming and greeted you as you walked in. It was very clean and Sal was very helpful in answering all my questions. They even did a demonstration to how certain tools worked. I did however think it was a hazard leaving around so many ladders but all in all it was an excellent experience, would totally recommend coming here for all your car needs.

I had a great experience at this AutoZone. I was in and out in a jiffy….during rush hour, which caught me by surprise. Andres M. & Jose (Solano) we’re fantastic. These gentlemen answered all my questions and made me laugh. I am grateful for a swift/ in and out experience. I’m always in the go so being serviced in a fast manner really made the world of a difference. Andres even offered to help me take my item to my car. Wonderful experience

Great experience here. Came in for an obd2 scan tool. Went to car to check code and battery died while I was researching the issue. Sal not only helped me find the battery, he went to his personal vehicle and grabbed his own ratchet set to lend me while I replaced the battery. Wasn’t extremely busy. Customers got helped in a timely matter. Good spot

Today December 11th I was in at that store AutoZone the one 1000 East Washington cuz I needed to get a new battery wonderful service store manager did not hesitate to come out and help me with my battery helped me replace it I really appreciate all the help that the store manager gave me thank you very much hopefully you got more employees like him. 100% customer service I give it a 200%. Thank you store manager for all the help that you gave me this morning like around 10:00 in the morning I really appreciate it
